Webster University’s bachelor’s and master’s degrees, taught in English on the Center’s campus at 13 Navoi Avenue. Graduates receive a Webster University diploma.

Webster University, founded in 1915 in St. Louis, Missouri, is a founder of the Center and its academic partner. Through the Center it teaches its degree programs in Tashkent, where classes began in the 2019/2020 academic year.
Every course is taught in English, and graduates receive a Webster University diploma, recognised in the Republic of Uzbekistan as a document of higher education. The rector of Webster University in Tashkent is Prof. Dr. Jean Paul van Marissing.

Rector of Webster University in Tashkent
Prof. Dr. Jean Paul van Marissing has been Rector of Webster University in Tashkent since 29 October 2025. He brings over 15 years of leadership within Webster University’s global network, having served as Rector at Webster Leiden in the Netherlands and Webster Tbilisi in Georgia.
He holds a PhD in European Law from Leiden University.
